| Duties: | What does it mean to be a Metrics Analyst at Quantum Health? - Provide trend analysis of call volume
- Perform real time monitoring of service levels
- Provide administrative support of the call management software
- Work hard and don't hide behind your title ("Everyone Stuffs Envelopes" is one of our core values.)
- No bluffing or brown-nosing

| Qualifications: | We admit it. We're picky. Here's what we need in a Metrics Analyst. - 2 years analytical experience is a must
- Excellent Crystal Reports skills is a must
- Strong Excel and Access knowledge
- Knowledge of call centers desired
- Knowledge of Zeacom call management software a plus
